I have lived in this area for 47 years. I started Andy Griffiths Charters (fishandy.com) in 1985.

I can recommend restaurants, fishing guides and things to do during your visit to Key West and the Lower Keys. I belong to every chamber of commerce in the Florida Keys and I serve on several non profit boards.

Why Andy Griffiths chose Key West Area

I rebuilt the yacht from a working charter fishing boat. I always wanted a yacht so I set out to turn my former work boat into a yacht. Renting out the boat pays for the renovation and gives me the opportunity to spend time on the boat when she is available. I enjoy meeting new people and giving them a great deal on their vacation. I own the slip where the Yacht is berthed so my overhead is low. I have enjoyed designing this yacht and I feel a pride when walking the docks.

I also have a very nice studio apartment in this marina if the yacht is booked.

What makes this yacht unique

My wife and I will enjoy happy hour on the back deck on occasion when the yacht is available. If we do, so will you! Wine and some snacks and we are loving it. Lunch or dinner is just steps away at the very popular hogfish bar and grill. The hogfish has a great local following as well as many visitors who can actually find it.

I use my studio as an office and poker room when not rented out. It is a great back up when the yacht is booked.
